The Boring Head is equipped with vibration reduction. The function of CBH finish boring head remains unchanged, and they are syncretized with each other. Vibration reduction attached on DCK boring adaptor could receive better machining result during deep hole machining. Smoothly interconnecting with existing standard boring head and boring adaptor by DCK connector and vibration reduction. Vibration reduction attached，DCK boring adaptor at the front and power chucks with various cone at the back. And it also meets the needs of small but deep hole machining.

Clamping runout accuracy ≤0.003mm. Balance G2.5, 25000RPM. Collet of internal cooling and face cooling for choice. High clamping torque to 2000N*m, better on viscous hard materials machining.

Adjusting precision 0.01mm, adjusting precision reaches 0.001mm by vernier scale. Each boring head with three different insert holders for big boring range. Cartridge could be mounted in opposite direction for back boring. V-type groove design enables a tight and reliable connection. Internal coolant design improves inserts’ life. DCK connection, more compatible. Repeated connection precision 0.003mm. Boring range: Ø20-Ø1275mm.

FM-CBH large diameter boring tool. Aluminium material for lower weight but higher rigidity. Adjustable precision 0.01mm per scale, adjusting precision reaches 0.001mm by vernier scale. All series have internal cooling design, which is easy for chip removal, easily cooling, and ensures machining stability. Boring range adjustable coverage 148-1275mm. Boring mode can be exchanged by changing the mounting direction of the finish boring head. Balance G6.3 1000RPM.
